Shipping Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, we only offer overnight shipping via FedEx during the months of May-September/October. Frozen gel packs are used to help prevent the chocolate from melting. During the months of November – April, 2-3 day shipping is available.

We currently ship Monday-Thursday, orders placed later than 1:00 pm PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Although we do our best to process and ship your order the next day, that is not always possible and some orders may take up to 3 days to ship. If possible, please be available to receive your shipment. We are not responsible for packages left outside by the delivery driver.
