About Micaela Boreyko Artisanal Chocolate

After starting her pastry career in San Diego, Micaela Boreyko moved to Napa to continue her education at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. It was during her time as a student that she discovered her love for chocolate, and she became the Chocolatier at the CIA for over 2 years. After developing relationships with local hotels and wineries, she decided to pursue her dream and start her own chocolate company.
